excellent location, attentive service
helpful staff attentive service convenient location great team
i stay annually. the hotel is near pavilion mall. i received a room far from the lift initially. i requested a change and was moved near the lift which was helpful. the staff were attentive and provided directions, even walking me to a local coffee shop. the team demonstrates great service.

The breakfast offered many asian choices and traditional western selections. I especially enjoyed the quality food, and the service was excellent. the variety included congee, dim sum, noodles, fried rice, nasi lemak and traditional western dishes.

the room was spacious and luxurious, complete with all necessary amenities, i love the bathroom layout. it provided a comfortable environment, and the room service i received was efficient. the cleanliness was noticeable.

The staff provided excellent service. i appreciated their knowledge of the area. the team handled requests efficiently and communicated effectively. The bell staff provided personal guidance. the housekeeping staff was very professional.

the hotel is centrally located, made transportation easy and convenient. it is right in the heart of bukit bintang. walking to many malls was very straightforward and offered many shopping options. the hotel's position facilitates easy access to local attractions.

central location delicious breakfast kind staff windowless room connectivity issue soft pillow
the location was superb. it was so central, and i loved the proximity to everything. the breakfast was delicious too. there was a wide variety of options, and the quality was amazing. the staff were kind and always ready to assist. their smiles were so genuine, and i felt welcome.
i wasn't informed about the windowless room. it was a surprise when i opened the curtains to see an artificial plant wall. we kept having connectivity issues with the tv. it was annoying to call for help almost everyday. the pillows were way too soft and provided no neck support. this made it hard to have a good night's sleep.

Good Location, Some Issues
excellent location many dining options prompt service unregulated air conditioning firm bed peak hour lift
The location is excellent. I found many dining options nearby. The hotel is situated near a large shopping center. The staff offered prompt service at check-in. The room was well-cleaned upon my arrival.
The room's air conditioning was difficult to regulate. I found it either too cold or completely off. The bed felt quite firm. I experienced a considerable wait for the lifts during peak hours, inconvenient.
